You can get a copy of your forms from the Payroll Center. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps below:

1. Go to Employees at the top menu.
2. Click Payroll Center.
3. Under the Filing History section, select Saved Filings.

If it's not in the Save Filings, you can reopen the 941 Forms from the File Forms tab and filter the period date by quarter. I'll walk you through the steps on how to do it:

1. Go to Employees at the top menu.
2. Click Payroll Center.
3. Under the File Forms section, double click the Quarterly Form 941.
4. Filter the correct Quarter Ending date and click OK.
5. Click Check for Errors to make sure there are no errors in the form.
6. Click Save as PDF or Print for Your Records to get a copy of the form.

Thank you however I was asking for the copy when you hit "Save as PDF" that gets saved by QB to your computer. Reason being is that I have changed information with the payroll so I need to refer to the ORIGINAL 941 that I filed to make sure I don't need to send in an amended 941. If I follow the directions you posted it brings up a 941 with the new information entered into the payroll. Sorry it's hard to explain

You can use the wild card search to locate the previously downloaded Form 941. Please do a Windows search from the Start menu. Check this article for the detailed steps: Locating Backups and Company Data Files.

If you're still unable to locate it, try this one: Display hidden files and folders or search for files using Windows.
