Thanks for the reply, but for clarification, after upgrading QB, Payroll is no longer present in QB Desktop Pro, even tho I had a working subscription/license through the end of this year with my old version of QB.
I need to know how to get my paid for Payroll subscription working with my new QB without having to purchase another subscription.

LierraMarie_A, Thanks!
That got payroll installed and showing up in my QBDT, BUT there is no past payroll information showing up. Paychecks are recorded in check registers, but there are no past paystubs, taxes collected, etc etc. When I run a Payroll Summary Report it is Zero across the board for anything up to now.
I should mention that my previous QB was Enterprise, and to "downgrade" to Pro I had to load my Enterprise file into QB Online, and then Export my file from Online to my Desktop Pro.
Will I be able to get my past payroll information into my new QBDT?
I'm happy to know that you're able to activate the payroll services in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @calistainc7.
Let me provide some insights on why there's no past payroll information showing up in your QBDT.
Since you've exported the data from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QBDT, that's the possible reason why your past payroll information isn't showing up. Please know that when exporting data from QBO to QBDT, there are some payroll limitations you need to know, such as paychecks will be converted as regular checks and the pay period and liability period don't export. To get your past payroll information, you'll need to set up your employees and enter historical tax payments in your QBDT.
