How do i pull up a existing 1099 for a subcontractor for 2019?

I think the accountant pulled them up thru QB

It would be my pleasure to help you access an old contractor 1099 in QuickBooks Online. While these annual forms aren't stored within QBO, you have the option to recreate them from the regular Vendor module. 

Below are the instructions to get you started with creating 1099's from previous years: 

1. From QuickBooks Online, hover over the Expenses tab and select Vendors. 
2. Click Prepare 1099's. Either follow the on-screen instructions or choose Back until you're on Step 4, depending on where you left off. 
3. Go to the filter menu in the top-left of your Contractor list, and pick the Tax year you'd like to prepare.
