I'll help you set up your payroll as an agricultural business that is tax-exempt from unemployment insurance.
Here's how:
- On the left menu bar, click Workers.
- Got to the Employees.
- Click the name of your employee.
- Select the Pay option.
- Click the What are (employee's name) withholdings? pencil icon.
- Select the Tax exemptions.
- Make sure to put a checkmark on the taxes you need to exempt.
- Click done to apply the changes.
Additionally, you can run some payroll reports in QuickBooks. This way, you can get a closer look at your business's finances and view useful information about your business and employees.
