Unfortunately, it didn't help. The problem is that QB instructed me to enter the exact "dummy" debit (should have been under $1), however, they debited $1, therefore it won't allow me to enter three numbers as this should have been .99 or under.

A test verification for QuickBooks Online should be less than a dollar. On your end, the debit amount is a dollar. I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support team.
