If you are not using QB Payroll, did you put this info into QB Accounting system? If you did not put in, it is not there to view.
We recently switched from QuickBooks Professional Services version to this web based version. We had all the info in the old system at the time of the conversion but I cant see how to find it now or if it transferred over since we said we aren't using their payroll

I did that and got this error
The report request could not be completed. Please create the report again from Report Overview.

Let's use a private browser when logging in to QuickBooks. This will help us isolate if the issue is specific to the browser.
If this fix the error, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache storage of your browser to prevent unexpected behavior in the product. Otherwise, using other supported browser can be a good alternative too.

You can view the list in the Employees section, mthron. However, if you need to see their SSNs, addresses, and other info, you'll want to open the Employee Details report.
If the error is still not resolved after trying the troubleshooting steps above, please have our Support check your account. They'll use a screen-sharing tool to see your setup and investigate this further.
