How to print employee name, date of birth and date of hire on one page?

Hello there, @bborgstrom.

You can print your employee's name, date of birth and date hire from the Employee Details.

QuickBooks newly updated the Employee Contact List Report into Employee Directory.

To print the report by the employee's name, date of birth and date hire, you'll need to export the report to Excel then manually customize the columns from there.

Here's how:

  1. On the directory, click the Share drop-down.
  2. From the list, select Export To Excel.
  3. On the worksheet, manually reorder the columns.
  4. Lastly, print the document.

You can check out about exporting reports in QuickBooks Online: Export reports, lists, and more.

I've attached this article about customizing your report: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
