Join nowHi there, wlindenberger-uc.
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community for support. I want to make sure you're able to view the correct time enteries for your project.
It sounds like you have everything set up correctly to have the time show in the cost box, time activity, etc. With that being said, I recommend clearing your browser cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Sometimes if it gets too full it can have the adverse effect by causing viewing and performance errors. Clearing the cache will force the system to refresh and remove whatever is preventing the time to update. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.

Please let me know how things look after giving this a try. I'll be here to help if you have any other questions.
Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, clearing the cache did not fix the issue? Do you have any other suggestions? Also, do you know if any other users are having a similar issue?
I appreciate the actions that you've taken to get this matter sorted out, @wlindenberger-uc.
I'd like to make sure that this will be taken care of so the hourly cost of your project will show up.
To help determine the root cause of this matter, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team since the clearing the cache didn't work. They have the tools to better isolate this issue and apply a fix.
We've recently updated our customer care experience. The best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon on the top right, and then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.

Thank you for your reply. I will try to follow up with someone as you suggested. Hopefully I will have more luck this time. Last time I tried, I was on the phone with someone for over an hour and we were still verifying my account. I did not have additional time that day, so I ended the call. Also, I have had a colleague follow up and after about an hour, they were told that they could not track project costs in the Plus version of QBO. That is not true, as I am able to track project costs in my Plus version and so are they. The only issue we are having is with hourly time cost.
Regardless, I will let you know how it goes with my call once I have had it.
Hi,
Did you ever get this resolved? I am running into the same problem where the employee time entries are not reflecting on the project as costs. When i check the 'time activity' tab under the project, i do see the time entries there but for some reason, they are not showing up under the 'overview tab' as costs. Tried deleting the cache but that didn't help. I called support and i was bounced around from group to group so i gave up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
