You have to take the proper steps to request a callback.  This is a peer community.  No one here can or will call you back.

Did you purchase a new license or an additional seat for your current license? If you purchased a new license, they will give you the latest version (i.e 2021). You may purchase a new license of QBD 2020 until Nov 13 thru partners only.

If you have a company file created in QB2019 it can be directly opened and converted to QB2021

 

If you are moving to a new computer and already own QB2019 you did not have to purchase anything new - just download a fresh install of 2019 from your intuit account

 

You did not elaborate on why you needed 2019 specifically
