I don't want 'Next Day Direct Deposit'. How do I get rid of it in order to go back to the way it was?

I don't want 'Next Day Direct Deposit'. How do I get rid of it?  My employees like seeing their paychecks show up in their bank accounts the night before the date of their paycheck even though they don't have access to those funds.  I'm getting complaints.  How do I change it back so that you debit our account the day before like you used to?

Hello there, @RJBookkeeper1.

The Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) product is currently having a 2-day funding time. This means you need to submit payroll by 5:00 PM PST 2 business days prior to payday.

There's a need to pull up your payroll account to check your company's lead time and change it back to the schedule it used to be if possible. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team (IOP section). They can securely verify your account and guide you with a resolution.

In the meantime, I'm adding this article to further guide you in paying your employees on time using IOP: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?. It also explains the details about lead times and your payroll submission days.

Please know that you're always welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow up inquiries about managing your employees and payroll account's direct deposit info in IOP. I'm just around to help. Take care.
