I have been meeting with my bookkeeper in early March and we agreed that I would not need her assistance for about 60 days

At that time will only need one call to complete assistance in late after my 2019 taxes were complete. I'm new bookeeper and I need to get hlpe with the openinng balances for 2020 and how to load those. My Accountant said the books for 2019 were a mess and he needed to work with the data to complete 2019 then he could provide those opening balances. so that is in a couple weeks...question is can i get my Bookeepers assistance even though we have cancelled my service? was not need to keep service for 2 months waiting ...thoughtr we "suspended the session.

Hi there @mck1dad.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm happy to share information about canceled service in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once service is canceled, accountants/bookkeepers can only access your data by read-only format for a year. Whenever you are ready, you can reactivate your service within the 1-year time frame.

Let me know if you have additional concerns. I'll be happy to help. Stay safe.
