I believe that you've subscribed to our discounted price for QuickBooks Online Plus which is $35/month for the first 3 months. If you've chosen Payroll Core, that would be an additional $45 to your monthly subscription plus $4/employee per month. As much as I want to help you in checking where this charge is coming from but we can't pull up your account here in the Community. I suggest reaching back to our Customer Support. Their tools can get into your account and check your billing information in a secure environment. They can also explain why you're billed for $80 plus $4/.

Young lady you think I haven’t done all those, I have tried three chats, three phone call each time I been placed on hold for average of 18 minutes then lost them, I have spent total of six hours in tow days, still I haven’t got anywhere, I even not allowed to cancel my subscription, now you telling me what to do. If you read my complaint I mentioned I just signed up for on line payroll services, there is pricing for each service on products been offered, I know all and how it works, this is not my first time, price was$35 plus $4 per employee, there is no place to indicate additional $45.00 you may need educate yourself in company policy and products pricing before making any comments. I placed dispute for charges until someone get back to me. I would recommend you find someway of helping me to resolve this issue by initiating some efforts for finding the way, or someone contacting me with solutions instead of telling me how to do. I have tried every which way you and think. Stop blaming me that I don’t know
