I have updated my Chart of Accounts. Previously reviewed items now need to be recategorized. Im clueless on how to do that. What are my options?

You can go to the My Accountant page in QuickBooks Online. From there, you'll have the option to find an accountant expert for QuickBooks so you're able to speak with them to help you recategorize items.
 

Here's how:

1. Click the My Accountant menu at the left panel.
2. Choose the Find a pro to help button.
3. Fill in the necessary field to start finding an accountant.
