Join nowHello there, @chrisp3dro.
As of now, the Form 941 is not yet available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The IRS is still working with the State and Federal to ensure it's accuracy, and there's no need for you to get in touch with any agencies. Rest assured, our payroll support team is working diligently to provide this form as soon as possible.
For now, you may want to check the latest update of the Federal and State Forms in QuickBooks Online. This form might be available in a few days.
Let me include these resources where you can get additional details about filing the quarterly forms:
Please let me know if you have any other questions with the quarterly forms or any QuickBooks concern. I'm always here to help. Have a great day!
@chrisp3dro Join the club...there are many here who are unable to e-file our 2020 Q2 Form 941, and we are now 7 days in July.
The problem is QB employees, @SarahannC and @Jovychris_A are providing instructions here within the QB Community on how to view, print and archive 2020 Q2 Form 941. What they don't understand is that we can't perform those functions with that form since we see "This form will be available soon. Please check back later" when we attempt to e-file the 2020 Q2 Form 941.
We've also received instructions on how to manually file that form, but speaking for myself, I'm not paying QB to manually file. I'm paying QB to e-file.
Keeping my fingers crossed for the ability to e-file before the July 31st due date.
When will Form 941 (2nd quarter of 2020) be available?
