If you're trying to reactivate your payroll service in QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's go to the Billing & Subscription tab to complete this task. I'll guide you how.
- Go to the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right.
- Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Choose Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
- Click Resubscribe in the Payroll section.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reactivation process.

If you're trying to reinstate your payroll service, we're unable to call you from this platform since we value data security here. I'd recommend using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will confirm your call. Once connected, they will enter a request for Reinstatement of Services on your behalf so your company will be reviewed. After that, you'll receive an email within 72 hours with more information. Please take note this is only available after one year of the termination date. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter Restore or reinstate my payroll service in the What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
- Enter your contact details.
- Choose Confirm my call.
