I paid for quickbooks on the 3rd but my account says I need to subscribe. I'm not sure whats going on.

I paid for quickbooks on the 3rd but my account says I need to subscribe. I'm not sure whats going on.

Let's check your subscription, @krisrodriguez198

 

You can go to your Account and Settings to check your account status. 

 

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon (), then select Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Billing Subscription tab and select View Payment History hyperlink.
