Thank you for posting in the Community. I can help share some information about outstanding tax payments that are still showing on your payroll tasks.
Our Online Payroll Team is aware of this issue and is now investigating this behavior in QuickBooks. While they're working for a fix, you can get rid of the payment that is showing due by clicking Create Payment. Our system will recalculate and update to reflect that nothing is due.
I'd suggest contacting our Online Payroll Team so that you'll be added to the list of our affected users. We will notify you through email once this issue is resolved.

Still waiting on a solution to REMOVE the paid 940 Tax Liabilities from 2018, 2019 and now 2020. When will this be fixed. When I try to create payment is says not tax is due but does not REMOVE the liability.
