Ask and you shall receive, @RogerAPaulsen.

While there's no way to reproduce the Direct Deposit Pay Record that displays at the end of the Run Payroll module, we do offer some awesome reports that include the same information and more. Here's how you can access them:

Running the Payroll Details Report

  1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Reports tab and type Payroll in the search bar.
  2. Click on Payroll Details in the pane that appears below.
  3. You can set the Report period to only include the payroll that you had just finished running. This will have net pay and tax breakdowns for each of the checks in this time-frame.

For alternative views of this information, you can check out the Payroll Summary or Paycheck List by following the same instructions in Step 1. There's also a comprehensive guide on available reports in QuickBooks Online for your convenience. I'm including a short video demonstration in which I run the Payroll Details Report below:

With these reports, getting detailed direct deposit pay records has never been easier. Please keep in touch with me here anytime you need a hand, I'm always up to talk QuickBooks. Thanks for coming to the Community, best regards.
