I ran payroll for an employee and it is now not showing in their paycheck list how do i find this or what to do plz help

Hi johnperkins8997,

 

Let's run the Paycheck List report and filter it to Last pay date. This report lists all of your paychecks created in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Type in Paycheck List in the search field and click on it to open.
  3. Choose Last pay date from the Filter drop-down arrow.

If the specific employee's paycheck isn't showing up, then you may have missed creating it. In this case, create the employee's paycheck in QBO.
