I want to move down to Self Service payroll from Full Service, do i need to cancel then re-enroll?

To downgrade your Online Payroll subscription, you'll need to request a callback from our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to downgrade your subscription from Full Service to Self-Service. I've listed the steps below on how:

1. Go to Help (?) Menu and type Payroll in the search bar.
2. Press Contact Us.
3. Enter Downgrade Payroll Subscription in the box.
4. Click Let's Talk.
5. Hit Get a Callback and enter your contact information.
