I want to make sure you're able to talk to a supervisor @coastalpoolandpr.

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'm here to provide you with the steps in contacting a member of our Support team.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Hit the Contact Us button.
  4. In the box, type "Support"
  5. Hit Let's talk.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

For the new Help menu or QB Assistant:

  1. On the QB Assistant window, type Talk to a human.
  2. Select or type I still need a human. 
  3. Type it again until you see a shortcut to connect with an experts.
  4. Click the Contact us and press the Callback option.

Please know that we’re open from Monday-Friday 6:00 AM up to 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
