Intuit Online Payroll report for 3rd quarter WA Paid Family Medical Leave is missing the UBI number causing e-filing to fail.

The 3rd quarter Washington Paid Family Medical Leave report is missing the UBI number which is causing the tax payment and e-filing of the report to fail.

Does anybody know if Intuit Online Payroll is going to fix this by 11/02/20?  I have sent several inquires through chat and haven't heard back.

Thanks,

Greg

Thanks for getting back to us, @gregsparry.

I already informed my colleague to update her answer base on the QuickBooks subscription that you're using.

Also, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. First, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the incognito window. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Press Ctrl Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)

Once done, pull up the Intuit Payroll report again. If it works, we have to clear your browser's cache to optimize your browsing experience. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for joining us here, @gregsparry.

I've checked my resources here and there's no on-going investigation about the missing UBI number for WA Paid Family Medical Leave. However, let's update your tax table within QuickBooks Desktop to make sure everything is accurate. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Click Get Payroll Updates.
  3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  4. Hit Download Latest Update

For more details, see this article: Set up your Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave insurance premiums.

If you still experience the same thing, I recommend contacting again our QuickBooks Desktop Technical Team. By doing so, they can further check what causes the issue and generate steps to fix it for you. Please refer to the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select QuickBooks support.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern in the Tell us more about your question field, then hit Search.
  5. Click Start a Message to chat with our QuickBooks Support Representative.

Please let me know if I can be of additional assistance or should you have any follow up questions. I’ll be here to help. Have a good one.

This is QB online payroll that I'm talking about, not desktop.
