It's best to reach out to our Payroll Specialist if you already run payroll in QuickBooks Online. They can process an adjustment and they can enter the data on your account. Simply go to the Help and enter Contact us.

This is because some where along the set up of your account, the I haven't paid employees this year box was checked and it needs to be re-added so you can enter prior payroll history. That's exactly what the support team can do, dive into your personal account on the back end and add whatever details that are missing. Here's how you reach them.
