Logged in to workforce.inituit.com, all employee records are missing.

The page just say:

 

"We can't get your info.

Your employer isn't connected to Quickbooks payroll. "

 

No, we are the employer, and it had been connected. And the info was there 2 days ago. Now it is all gone, again. 

 

Anyone has any ideas?

We received several reports regarding users unable to see employees' pay stubs with the same error message when logging into QuickBooks Workforce. This has been escalated to our Product Engineers, and they're now working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

 

I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. You'll receive an email notification once the investigation is done with a resolution. I'll also update you in this post as well. Please provide this investigation number for reference: INV-30935.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

1. Click the Help (question mark) icon at the upper right.

2. Select Contact Us to connect with our support.

Thanks for addressing my question. I checked the Workforce site, almost everyday, it is still not fixed.  I had wanted to contact QB support (before and after I post this question), but their hours are so limited. Every time I get around to try to call, they are closed.

I can tell from your username that you've been struggling to get a fix to the issue, NotOnlyFrustrated.

 

Let me reassure you that we're working closely with our product engineers to resolve this as soon as possible. Though our business hours are quite limited, we do offer different ways for you to reach out to us.

 

You can either message one of our support specialists or arrange a callback from us. We started offering these options since we know that some customers can't always get on the phone from where they're located.
