Maybe I missed something or I can't remember, but my payments increased from $8 per month to $25.

Hello,

It's possible you were on a discount and now the discount timeframe has expired and you are on regular price now.

If you look back at your emailed invoices from QuickBooks when you were billed, it should list a discount and when that discount will expire.  I would check that as a starting point.  If that is not the issue, please call customer support and they can research it further.

@donna52

Your discounted period may be expired and you have to pay the regular price now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort.
