Your Android version is actually fine. In fact, the app requires at least Android 4.1. Could you please check out the settings or try following the steps in this article: Fix mileage tracking issues in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. The latest version of the app is 25.6.4.
If you still can't see the Mileage tracking option, please contact our Support team to report this behavior. They can use more tools to check this on their end.
- Tap on the three-dot-settings in the upper right-hand corner.
- Choose Help.
- Select Help and Support.
- Tap on Contact Us.
