The same issue for us this morning. Will this be resolved today, our employees are very concerned about funds.
Yes, we are having the very same issue. My employees are requesting paper checks. I need resolution ASAP.
Hello, @stacy-long and @seymouracc. I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly. Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP.
Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts. Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner.
It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks.
We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.

Thank you for reporting this in the community. We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.

We are having the same issue here. Do we have to contact you for you to know our account is having issues? Or will it automatically resolve. Our bank says they see nothing on their end and it's already 12:30 PM CDT.
