There are times when stored cache in your browser can cause unexpected behaviors.
To isolate this, I suggest you open your browser's private window.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Proceed to run payroll within the private window of your browser. If you're able to do so, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, I suggest you use an alternative browser.
