While we're working for a fix, I'd suggest reaching out to our payroll support. We're taking notes of our customers who are affected by the issue. Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter "Unable to run payroll" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
Once it's fixed, you can create paychecks already.
