My payroll isn’t working

Some users also alerted us with this issue, Sanroholdings. This is already reported to our engineers.

 

While we're working for a fix, I'd suggest reaching out to our payroll support. We're taking notes of our customers who are affected by the issue. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Unable to run payroll" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback

Once it's fixed, you can create paychecks already.
