Hi all, the Intuit My Time app is suddenly longer working. I cannot add any time, or modify any existing time. Double-clicking on any of the buttons/icons (to add or modify) simply will not work at ALL. I am on the latest version of MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. Is anyone else having this issue or can you help me solve this? Thank you in advance.
I have tried creating new time documents altogether, saving to different locations, etc. but to no avail :(

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to help you use the My Time app again. Let's uninstall and reinstall it. This resolves any issue on the app. You can click on this link to download and reinstall it: Download My Time.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They'll be able to further assist you to get rid of this behavior.

My Time quit working with my 2016 version of Quickbooks on 09.26.19. I got the notice to upgrade to 2020. I did that and it still will not work.
I've talked to Quickbooks Help support on the phone. She does not know anything about My Time and keeps telling to contact the My Time company... I thought My Time was just an app embedded in Quicktime??? Can anyone help? I have over 200 hours of billable time I need to invoice.

The app should work once you turn on the time tracking feature in your QuickBooks. Just go to QuickBooks, select Preferences and click Time Tracking.
However, since you're having this unusual issue with the third-party app, I'd recommend reaching out to our developers. They have the necessary tools to check this out for you. You can click this link to route you to their site: Intuit Developer.

To make it work on Catalina we had to update it. It looks like that update broke some things even though it wasn't supposed to. An engineer is working on it.
We don't have a specific time frame as to when this will be fixed. Rest assured that our engineers are working hard to get this resolved.

I re-downloaded the latest version 1.1f438 which is the exact same version as my current version and it is still not working :(

I appreciate your effort in processing troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. Since you've already updated your QuickBooks Desktop Mac and the time software app, however, the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team.
They have additional tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and do a remote session to investigate this further. They can also open a new investigation about this issue, and once it has been open, you'll be receiving an email notification about the updates and progress.

I was told the new version is 1.1f439 and it was updated today but the new version i just downloaded from the site is still 1.1f438. Where can i get the 439 version? A new copy of 438 still doesn't allow me to add a new project or edit anything in MyTime.

Updating your QuickBooks and My Time app to the latest release should fix the time issues. Since this isn't your case, let's go ahead and try to uninstall and reinstall the app once more to see if the update will sync.
If doing this doesn't make a difference, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to evaluate further this behavior and verify what's causing the issue.
