Join nowHey there, @plumber3.
Welcome to Community. I'm happy to assist you with your W2.
I recommend calling into support as they have tools available to check the status. Once your W2 gets submitted through our e-file system, it awaits approval from the state. Once the state approves, Intuit gets notified.

I have spoken with support several times, and created a case. Intuit cancelled my first submission, and had me resend however the same issue exists. The state of Wisconsin is not receiving it from Intuit.

Hey there, @plumber3. Thanks for updating us.
Due to the nature of your concern, maintaining contact with our Support Team will be your best option. As my colleague @Tori B mentioned above, they have the tools necessary to see why the agency isn't receiving them.
Please reach out if there's anything else I can do to help, I'm determined to be your number one resource for QuickBooks Desktop.

Dear Intuit E-file & Pay Customer,
We have received your 2019 Wisconsin W2 transmission but are currently experiencing issues in transmitting your submission. We are currently researching this issue directly with the state agency. Once your WI-W2 filing has been processed by the agency, you will receive an acknowledgement with the updated filing status.

There is a system error which I discovered on 1/2/2020 while submitting Wisconsin W-2. Intuit is working on this. I ended up filing my W-2's on MY TAX, as intuit could not resolve this for me when contacted them.( I called several times with the same issue.
I submitted this error on 1/2/2020. After several calls with customer support, I ended up filing my W-2's on MY TAX. After that I received an email that there was an issue with submission.
Thank you for letting us know your experience, @plumber3.

I also have not had any luck getting my efile of W2s to Wisconsin with Quickbooks. It was originally submitted on 1/14/20 and I also received the email about the errror.
I spent several hours on the phone today with a couple of people from QB that could not offer any help or assurance that this will be resolved or that QB has taken ownership of the issue prior to the deadline at the end of this week.
I truly do not want to try to manually enter my (22) W-2s on the MyTaxAccount site. I fear that there will be significant errors in doing so. I was instructed to continue waiting...
Hi i90sue,
I can see that this issue has already impacted your business a lot. It's still best to touch base in touch with our Support team since they have the tool to see your filing history.
You may still consider the MyTaxAxcount site while we still have no news yet. You can have someone guide you with it.
Thank you for your understanding.
