Good evening, loldhamcastrol.

I'm more than happy to show you how to run a payroll details report. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Reports and find the name of the report.
  2. Enter the report name in the search field.
  3. Search results appear when you enter a report name, select the report you want to view (Payroll Details Report)
  4. Filter your report by employee, date range, and work location, and then select Run report

Also if you'd like to check out the following article, it breaks down additional features to reports including, marking reports as favorites, customizing reports and printing reports.

You can reactivate your QuickBooks Online Payroll account to access your client's information, @Keedy.

We preserve your company data for 365 days after the cancelation date. If you resubscribe within that time, your data will still be available.

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.*
  3. In the Payroll section, select Resubscribe.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your payroll renewal.

After you have returned to your payroll service, you may need to run through the payroll setup again. Review your payroll data, including employees and tax setup.

For QuickBooks Online Payroll:

  1. Go to Payroll and choose Employees.
  2. Review each employee by confirming their info, including deductions, W-4, sick/vacation, etc.
  3. Go to Settings and select Payroll Settings to review your tax rates.

Intuit Online Payroll Enhanced:

  1. Choose Employees and review each employee.
  2. Confirm their info, including deductions, W-4, sick/vacation, etc.
  3. Select Setup to review your tax settings.

I've also added this article that can guide you to make paychecks to pay your employees: How do I create a paycheck for an employee?

As always, I'm just a quick post away if you need further assistance with QuickBooks related concerns. Hope you have a good weekday.
