Join nowThere are hundreds and hundreds of posts of companies whose employees didn't get paid but absolutely no update on what happened or how it is going to be resolved. Has anyone gotten through or heard anything? I've got over a hundred employees so that is a lot of paper checks not to mention that we can't have employees paid twice if the direct deposit eventually goes in!

Thank you for reporting this in the community. We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.

I have some employees that still did not get their direct deposits today while others did. Can these deposits happen now that banking is closed in NY? Is QB aware there are still outstanding issues? The communication on this has been terrible

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
