I keep getting notifications that I need to update payroll. I do this and it gives me the "success" notice and then immediately asks me to update again when I try to get in to payroll (see attachments). Has anyone else had issues with this? If so, how did you solve it?

The Payroll Subscription Alert should not show downloading the latest payroll update. Since the notification continues to pop up, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team so they can take a look at your account and help identify what's causing this unexpected behavior.
Here's how to reach them:
1. Open QuickBooks and click the Help menu at the top. 2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help. 3. Hit the Contact us icon on the pop-up window.
I have already spoken with the payroll support team and they weren't able to figure it out either. The only thing that resolved it last time was removing the entire company file and reinstalling it but I would love to find a solution that doesn't involve doing that every month!
