Payroll Tax Payments.... the Action buttons are gray and will not allow me to take action to make payments via Quickbooks. Anyone know why?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I want to make sure you're able to pay your state and federal taxes in QuickBooks Online. 

First off, ensure you're using a supported, up-to-date browser to have the best experience while using QuickBooks. 

If you're still unable to make a payroll tax payment, I'd recommend using a private or incognito window as QBO uses browser cache and cookies to load faster. However, when it becomes full, this can cause a problem. 

To identify browser-related problems, follow these keyboard shortcuts to use when opening an incognito window:

• Google Chrome - press CTRL+SHIFT+N
• Mozilla Firefox - press  CTRL+SHIFT+P
• Microsoft Edge - press CTRL+SHIFT+P
• Safari - press Command+Shift+N

If that works fine, go back to the main browser and start clearing your cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
