Great news! I've got the steps on how to pay payroll taxes in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Cammgt01.
If you're using QBO Payroll Enhanced, you can pay your payroll taxes through the Taxes page.
- Click on Taxes at the left pane, then select Payroll Taxes.
- Tap on Pay Taxes under the Payroll Tax Center.
- Next to the payment you want to pay, select Create Payment (if you'll be paying taxes electronically) and Record Payment (if you'll be paying taxes manually). Follow the on-screen pop-ups to continue the process.
