Payroll underpayment

Hello, our payroll is on a monthly schedule and I made an error for the month of June Payroll by reporting hours from previous month which was 130 when in fact it should be 190. The payroll cheque is already issued with 130 hours now the employee is asking for the remainder 60 hours and he can't wait until next month payroll. How do I issue him another cheque for June for the missing 60 hours?

I've got your back on this query. What you can do in this situation is to run an unscheduled payroll.

Let me show you how:

Go to the Employees menu.
Select Pay Employees.
Choose Unscheduled Payroll as the check type.

Thanks for the quick reply, I followed the instructions to Pay a Bonus on separate Paycheck in Quickbook desktop Payroll and this resolved my issue.
