Do I have to run payroll every week? Will be on vacation for 2 weeks so income will be $0 for those 2 weeks, do I still have to do it?

If no employee is entitled to Paid Vacation, and everyone is On Vacation, then there is no Payroll for that timeframe. The payroll for the prior pay period needs to be done, of course. This should be covered in your employee handbook and paydate after any pay period is per State laws, as well.
Having no Sales, doesn't drive payroll. It drives being able to stay in business.
You do nothing, if there is no payroll. No one needs you to report Zero info.
Won't your employees want paid? You run payroll based on the schedule in employment agreements. Paying employees and payroll taxes does not get a vacay just because you had no money come in.
It's a truck driver company, my only Employee won't work for those 2 weeks, the company won't run for those 2 weeks either since we are also on vacation.

It's a truck driver company. My only one Employee won't work those 2 weeks and he doesn't get paid vacation, the company won't run for those 2 weeks either so if we don't Drive a truck we don't get paid for a job of course so those 2 weeks the company won't make any money and we won't pay our employee either so just want to know if I still have to report 0 hrs for our employee and $0 since we report every Friday and if so how do I do it? Can it be done with the phone app? I'm in mexico and don't have my laptop with me where I do payroll so if I have to report $0 how do I do it without my laptop???
