Join nowWe are currently using Quickbooks Enterprise Version 20. I understand that you can only pay a max of 120 employees per pay run, with the version we have. If we go over 120 employees in a pay run, can we run another batch of employees separately for the same date? Is the employee limit per run, or per pay date? Much thanks for any answers!
Yes, you can run another batch of employees with the same date, @PC2017.
This is possible if you create a multiple pay schedule with the batch of your employees. Also, there's no limit to the number of employees you can add to the QuickBooks system. However, you may start experiencing performance issues if you exceed the number of employees.

I've added an article that you can utilize to prepare your tax forms, as well as suggested tasks for filing your taxes or reviewing your employee and company information: Year-end checklist for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
Feel at ease to let me know if you have other payroll concerns. I'm more than happy to help. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for your help!

I've never heard of that before. I don't think there is any such limit. I've never experienced it.
