Paystubs

My company is using QB Enterprise Solutions: Contractor 22.0.

Since we had updated to version 22.0, I can no longer email paystubs. I go to  file/print forms/paystubs/email. When I hit send, it will send maybe half of them, before telling me that QB ran into a problem and quits on me.

The paystubs that DID get sent are corrupted and can not be opened.

I have searched and searched, it seems that I really may be the only one having this issue, and I am at a complete loss. Calling Intuit is a waste of time, they read their script and tell me it's an Outlook issue. Outlook tells me it's a QB issue.

Paystubs

Hello there, caitraet!

I understand that you need to email the paystubs to your employees. I'm here to assist and share some details about this issue.

After I checked our records, I found out that that this has been escalated and our engineers are now fixing it. We also want this to be resolved. Although you contacted our Support Team already, I still suggest you reach out to them again so they can include you in the investigation.

  1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Email Paystub", select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

In the meantime, you'll want to print the paystubs on plain paper so you can provide a copy to your employees.

Also, I added these links if you need assistance in running payroll reports:

Keep on posing here if you have other concerns with your payroll. Take care!

Paystubs

I am having the same problem with QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022. When I try to email the pay stubs, I receive a message that not all emails were sent.  I try multiple times and only a few pay stubs get successfully emailed.  I end up having to search to find the pay stubs that were not sent, save those as pdf's, and manually email the pay stubs.  I hope a fix is coming soon.
