We're unable to cancel your subscription here in Community. I can provide the steps to help you cancel.
Before canceling your payroll subscription, make sure that you have done the following:
- Paid any outstanding tax deposits
- Filed any outstanding quarterly forms
- Printed necessary payroll reports
Follow these steps to cancel the payroll subscription:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription from the left pane.
- Select Cancel in the Payroll section.
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Complete the short survey and select Confirm cancel.
