If I process payroll on Sunday with paychecks dated the following Friday, when will funds be deducted from our account to cover direct deposits? Will it still be on Thursday before the check date or will it be sooner?

I appreciate the information you've added. When you send direct deposit payroll transactions, we can't provide you the specific day however Intuit will debit the bank account associated on file a day before the check date.

If you send payroll earlier than the recommended processing time, paychecks will still be available on the paycheck date you entered when sending payroll.
