QuickBooks Online will send an email confirmation once the electronic filing of the forms is successful. You'll want to check the spam or junk folder to verify if the email was sent already.
Aside from that, we can review the status of the forms to see if the filing was successful or not. Go to the Taxes tab and select Payroll Tax. Locate the W-2 form under the Forms tab. If it says Completed, that means SSA has accepted your W-2. You can also read this article about filing W-2 forms.
In addition, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team if you verified that there's no email that was sent. That way, they can check what may the reason for this behavior.
