I recommend to re-download and reset the entire payroll update. This has been known to resolve these types of error messages. Typically, these errors appear due to an incomplete download or installation of the latest tax table. I've included the steps below to do this.
1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Choose Get Payroll Updates.
3. Click Update while pressing and holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard.
