I see this is your first question so let me take the time to welcome you here to the Community. I'm here to share some information about converting from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and vice versa.
The option to import payroll data from QBO to QBDT is currently unavailable. You can only import your employee list. That being said, you need to enroll in the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) again after the conversion.
