Currently, we received similar reports from other users experiencing the same behavior when viewing prior payroll on reports or in pay stub YTD totals. Rest assured our product team is working for a solution.
Also, I'd suggest to reach out to our Customer Care Team to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you can get new information or update with the progress of the investigation.
Here's how you can request a callback from within QuickBooks Online:
Click the Help button in the top right corner.
Select Contact Us.
Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.
Should you not see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.
