I'll help delete your tax payments, @Khanh Le3.

You won't see the Delete option when your tax payment is in process or already processed electronically. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our payroll team. They can remove the payment for you in a secure environment.

Here's how to get in touch with our live support:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an Admin.
  2. Click the Help (?) menu at the top, and then choose Contact Us.
  3. If you're routed to the QB Assistant page, type Contact Us.
  4. Select Talk to a human, and then I still need a human
  5. Click the Contact Us button.
  6. Enter your question or concern on the search box, like "I want to delete my tax payment."
  7.  Click Let's Talk.
  8. Select your preferred contact option, and then follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.

Also, you'll want to run some payroll reports to monitor your tax payments and other business finances.

I'm a comment away if you have more payroll concerns. I'd love to help you out anytime. Have a great day ahead!

Let me provide some insights about the message you received, @Khanh Le3.

When you've paid the NC tax payments for the quarter, there isn't an option to create a check. To verify, we can open the Tax Payments report. This report shows you the tax payments you have made electronically or manually in your online payroll account.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Reports.
  3. In the Find report by name field, search and select Tax Payments report.
  4. Choose the Date range, and click Run report

The next step is to review the status of your payment. If the electronic payment has not been processed yet, we can delete this. Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes, and then choose Payroll tax.
  2. Click View tax payments you have made under Taxes.
  3. Select the name of the tax payment and change the date range if necessary.
  4. From the View and Print Form drop-down, select Delete. If you don't see delete, click Contact us for assistance.
  5. Choose Yes to confirm the deletion.

Thank you for following up with us, @Khanh Le3.

I can share with you some additional information about deleting tax payments in QuickBooks Online.

Generally, you can delete the payment if it's not yet transmitted. With In-Progress status, you can no longer reverse the process. However, you can connect with our Support Team as suggested by ReyJohn_D above. This way, a representative can help and guide you with the necessary steps to delete the payments on their end.

For the support's business hours, you can open this link: QuickBooks Online Support.

Moreover, you can check out the topics from these articles for more tips about payroll and taxes in the future:
