I appreciate you sharing your concern. Since you're still not able to get the result that you wanted. I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team again. They can further check on the wages that you paid for your employee. Also, they can provide you an additional option on how to get things done.
To reach them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
- Enter the concern.
- Click on the Green Phone button to get the phone number.
This should get on the right track.
