Setting up National Paid leave for Mac/Intuit

Hello, Cas-DCF. The Community will be here to help guide you through these unprecedented times.

I'll help you setup the National Paid Family Sick And Medical Leave. Here's how it's done in Intuit Online Payroll:
1. Go to the Payday tab, choose a pay schedule, then hit Continue.
2. Enter the hours worked by the employee, and the ones used for paid leave.
3. In the National Paid Sick Leave and Family pay section, type the hours used.
4. For the Family Medical Leave Act pay, input the amount if there's no recurring amount.
5. Click on Create Paychecks.
6. Select Approve Paychecks.

We have an article which goes over further detail relating to the paid leave, such as the effects on taxes, the different pay types, etc.: Pay employees under the Family First Coronavirus Response Act

I'll still be here to help with any questions you have, feel welcome to reach out to me anytime!
