Thank you for reaching out so quickly. I've double check all three things that you've mentioned and they're all good to go. but it's still not giving me the option to pay with direct deposit. i'm not sure if maybe i did something wrong? i saw that i hadn't entered my TX SUI info but i just submitted that as well. Is there maybe any other explanation as to why this would be happening?
I'm here to help you activate the company's direct deposit, llanescommunications.
After verifying the test transaction, is the status still shows as pending? If we haven't verified the test transaction yet, I'll show you how to enter it. You can verify the amount either by checking your bank statement online or by calling your bank. The charge will appear on the bank statement as either "QuickBooks: Verify Bank" or "Intuit: Verify Bank".
Here's how to enter it:
If we don't have the New payroll tasks button we can enter it in the Payroll settings. Just click the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings. Under Bank accounts, select Company and click Verify account to enter the amount.
We only get to verify the test transaction once. If we get the same pending status, I suggest getting in touch with our Payroll Support Team so we can look into the account and trace it for you.
Feel free to get back to us. My colleagues and I are here to help. Keep safe!
